Elly Reda

Registered Psychotherapist (Q)

Sometimes, life experiences can be stressful, traumatic, or unsettling and can make our life journey even more challenging. These difficult experiences can leave a short-term or long-term impact on our mental health. As hard as it is to face and address those challenges, seeking help to navigate through them can also feel overwhelming. My goal is to assist you in your navigation process and together create goals that are relevant to you based on your desired therapeutic outcome.

Professionally, I will honor my relationship with you and make sure to create a safe space where respect and trust prevail.

I am a first-generation Canadian and I grew up in South America and the Middle East. Having lived in different countries has equipped me with the knowledge to bring an informed, culturally sensitive, diverse, non-judgmental, and compassionate approach to my practice.

In my free time, you will find me enjoying a good coffee, reading a good book, meditating, eating tropical fruits or baked goods, doing a home workout, or watching Netflix.
