Embarking on a journey of self-exploration through therapy is an act of self-care and empowerment. Life can throw curveballs our way, leaving us feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or lost. Seeking therapy is an opportunity to gain clarity, develop coping strategies, and build resilience. Remember, you don't have to face your struggles alone; I'm here to walk beside you every step of the way.

I understand that taking the first step towards therapy can be daunting. Opening up about your emotions and experiences requires vulnerability, and I deeply respect the courage it takes to share your story. The journey might have its ups and downs, but rest assured that I'm committed to creating a nurturing environment where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.

As the daughter of immigrant parents, I've witnessed the challenges they bravely overcame to provide a better life for our family. The experiences they shared have fueled my passion for mental health advocacy.

My journey took a defining turn while caring for a loved one who suffered deeply with a diagnosis of psychosis which later led to Alzheimer’s then Dementia. This experience illuminated the gaps in understanding and support for mental health. It became my mission to break down the stigma and provide a safe haven for those seeking healing.

Diversity and inclusion are integral to my practice. I'm passionate about enhancing the health and social justice of communities, and I'm especially committed to empowering the younger generation.

When I'm not guiding you on your journey to well-being, I find solace in various creative outlets. I'm an avid painter and a nature enthusiast who loves hiking with my dogs, and I have a keen eye for home decor and interior design.
