Registered Psychotherapist

Taking the very first step in seeking therapy can be difficult, stress-inducing, and overwhelming, great job in taking this first step! As a therapist, I believe that everyone has the internal capacity to bring positive changes in their lives.

I utilize a strengths-based approach, which seeks to capitalize on your internal strengths, even if your strengths may not be readily apparent to you at the start of our work. I enjoy and look forward to seeing my clients feel hopeful, heal from emotional pain, and start believing in themselves. I strive to create a safe, open, and warm environment for my clients.

I offer care that fits your needs along with evidence-based practices and interventions. I draw from a variety of methods to create a tailored approach suitable for each individual and situation. My approach is embedded in a person-centered, 2SLGBTQ+ affirmative, feminist-based, and anti-oppressive framework.

I bring over 7 years of experience working with adolescents, children, families, and adults.

In my spare time, I like to hike, spend time on a beach reading a book or walking, spending time with friends and family. Meditation is an integral part of my life.

I look forward to meeting you and supporting you in your healing journey!
