We demonstrate integrity in our work with clients, families and community partners.

Supporting Our Therapists

In order to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients, Natasha's Counselling Services prioritizes our therapists' ongoing growth and professional development. Here's how we make sure every therapist receives supervision and keeps up with their professional development:

  1. Clinical Supervision: We provide regular clinical supervision for all therapists at our clinic. The sessions allow therapists to discuss cases, seek guidance, and receive feedback from experienced supervisors in a confidential, supportive environment. As a result of this collaborative process, our therapists continuously improve their skills and refine their therapeutic approaches, so they can deliver the highest quality care to our clients.

  2. Evidence-Based Practice: We are committed to staying current with research, theories, and therapeutic techniques. We encourage our therapists to take part in continuing education programs and professional training opportunities. To better meet the needs of our clients, we invest in our therapists' professional development so that they can expand their knowledge and acquire new tools and strategies.

  3. Peer Supervision/Teaching: This is an essential part of our clinic's culture, where we collaborate and learn from each other. Through peer consultations, our therapists exchange ideas, share experiences, and gain insight from one another. Our clinic benefits from this collaborative approach as it strengthens their skills, encourages professional growth, and provides a supportive community for our clinicians.

  4. Professional Memberships: All of our therapists are active members of professional organizations relevant to their areas of expertise. Our therapists keep up to date with the latest advances in their fields by staying connected to professional communities, allowing them to offer evidence-based and effective interventions.
