Syeda Gilani
Registered Psychotherapist

I have a Bachelor’s in Psychology from York University and Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Athabasca University.  I am a Registered Psychotherapist as well as a Certified Canadian Counsellor.

I moved to Canada in Grade 9 and made Canada my home since then. I am married and a parent of 3 children. I completed most of my education after marriage and frequently encountered challenges. In this process, I realized that each of us could cope with the challenges; we need support and guidance to connect with our inner strengths and abilities to deal with these barriers. I firmly believe that therapy is a way to promote self-growth and improvement, and everyone can benefit from it. I look forward to meeting with you and facilitate your growth in your journey.
